**Requirements**:
- 1 position at Cipta 1 Serenia, Sepang
- Female below 30 and have pleasant personality
- Minimum Diploma and 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
- Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure & able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Independent, meticulous and be self-initiated
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and manage the schedule and appointments. Besides, arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and screening phone call.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Checking and update staff attendance in the system and prepare attendance report.
- Make arrangement for inter department meeting, arrange refreshment and booking for meeting and training room.
- Any ad-Hoc as required.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
