Job Description:
As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR activities to ensure a smooth and productive work environment for our employees. This position reports to the HR Manager or Chief Administration Officer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Staffing**:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
**Employee Relations**:Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Mediate conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
**HR Administration**:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Manage HR documents, including contracts, agreements, and personnel files.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
**Payroll Administration**:Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll and updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates and collaborate with the finance department to verify payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
**CIDB Renewal for Foreign Workers**:Attend to all external and internal matters related to the foreign workers' CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) renewal.
- Ensure that all foreign workers' CIDB certifications are up-to-date and compliant with the relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies and relevant stakeholders to facilitate the CIDB renewal process for foreign workers.
- Maintain accurate records of CIDB certifications and expirations for foreign workers.
- Provide guidance to foreign workers regarding CIDB renewal requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with legal and immigration authorities to address any visa or work permit issues that may affect CIDB renewals for foreign workers.
**ISO Documentation (HR Department related)**:Preparation, maintenance, and management of ISO-related documentations within the HR department, ensuring compliance with ISO standards relevant to HR practices.
**Foreign Worker Management**:Ensure the compliant employment of foreign workers by coordinating work permit renewals, managing FOMEMA processes, overseeing insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with authorities, provide guidance, and address inquiries while promoting their integration into the company culture and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the construction industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Infotech HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
