Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to individual customer needs and goals.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand current IT challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present compelling solutions with a consultative approach, highlighting the value proposition of Microsoft offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets and achieving quota on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively manage and forecast pipelines, ensuring consistent growth and exceeding expectations.
- Stay informed on the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Qualification**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, preferably within the SMB segment.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into technology solutions.
- Excellent communications, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong work ethic and ability to thrieve in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.

- Experience with cloud computing and subscription-based sales models
- Proven ability to manage large sales territories and complex deals.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
