Drafter

Handle projects from conceptual stage to full set of architectural construction shop drawing, detail drawings.
- Study and verify consultant drawings, assist in quality check on engineering deliverables when required.
- Perform design and drafting using applicable standards, project technical specifications and enterprise and/or project procedures.
- Co-ordinate with contractors on construction details and other related matters.
- To produce and process shop drawings & as-built drawings for mechanical & environmental engineering.
- Site/plants visit for measurements and prepare relevant drawing.
- Supervise site activities if required to ensure work is done in accordance with specification.
- To maintain and upkeep proper filing and proper documentation.
- Developing technical reports for engineers.
- 2D Drafting/ 3D/ BIM modelling of Mechanical and/or Electrical project documents, including pipe routing, equipment modelling, cable routing, P&ID, lighting, general arrangement etc. in accordance with discipline engineer design and company's standard of practice.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings according to project requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare drawings and models and specifications to liaise with Project Managers / Engineers on submission approval.
- Assists in resolving workshop and field construction inquiries and drafts responses.
- Any ad-hoc drawing task upon request from superior/project team.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Auto Cad, MS Office, Sketch Up.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently, hardworking, and good working attitude.
- At least 3 years' experience (General Contractor field)
- Excellent in technical drawing using computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting workstations.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time.
- Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from Project Managers and Engineers.
- Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- drafter: 2 years (preferred)
