Warehouse Specialist

Warehouse Specialist Responsibilities:

- Focus on the operation of warehouse logistics for raw materials and finished products, ensure the safe, timely, and accurate management of physical inventory by logistics service providers in warehouse operations and system information processing;
- Monitor the daily operations and performance of warehouse logistics service providers, leverage highquality resources, including daily performance monitoring of service providers, handling of service quality issues, etc.;
- On-site shipment and safety and quality control of raw material/finished product warehouses, promote the standardization and lean improvement of warehouse operations.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with warehouse management systems and regulations, understand and master the process of material storage and outbound logistics;
- Understand the basic knowledge of warehouse management and transportation scheduling business, be proficient in the use of office software and data analysis of warehouse logistics efficiency;
- Ability to independently prepare warehouse statistical tables and documents, proficient in operating ERP systems, and able to manage and verify accounting and physical inventory consistency;
- Have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
