**Job Descriptions**
- Greeting, welcoming, directing the visitors at the front desk
- Answer screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receives, sorts and delivers all incoming mail properly, handle outgoing mail and maintains postage records;
- Order necessary office supplies and drinking water and maintains records
- Supervises cleaners and provides logistic service to maintain a good and tidy working environment;
- Performs minor typing and routine administrative work as assigned;
- Manages security and door access system;
- Conference rooms booking and setup for meetings and trainings when necessary;
- To assist and undertake any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
- Preferable Cantonese Speaker.
