**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize workflow & manpower by assigning responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employees’ performance to meet daily/weekly/monthly objectives
- Ensure the safe use of equipment/ machinery and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify, analyze, carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standards set by the company, food industry and government agencies.
- Performed related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate or Diploma in any related discipline, Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Computer Literate, Microsoft office,excel,power point etc.
- Qualification in technical, engineering/ manufacturing or relevant field will be an advantage
