**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Call customers base on list provided by superior then advise them on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Responsible to identify new information of customer & conclude situation of customer in securing the payment.
- Advise customer about account status and make payment on time without failed.
- Negotiating suitable payments plans and responding to customer queries.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Bachelor / Professional Degree / Diploma in the field of Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or any equivalent.
- Preferable with working experience in debts collection / Credit companies.
- Communicate effectively with various types of customer in a professional way without personal feelings influencing the process.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
