Spa Therapist

Ensure that high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa
- Obtains the basic and appropriate treatments to address the guests health condition
- Able to speak in Mandarin, basic English, Bahasa Malaysia language is an added advantage
- Good complexion with pleasant customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in health knowledge/massage/body meridian will be an advantage
- Show respect, sensitivity and concern for the needs of customers
- Maintain hygiene and cleaning duties before and after treatment to customers
- Maintain spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness, according to standard operating procedures
- Introduce guest on treatmemt procedure to ensure our guest know what to do next
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.

- To build and maintain good relationships with customers
- To provide professional treatment and body health consultation
- To provide excellent and follow up service towards customers
- Provide health advice and recommend products or treatment that can improve customers health and concern.

Working Location : Bukit Jalil

Day off : 4 days off per month

Working Hour:
Weekday ~ 10:00am - 7:00pm

Weekend ~ 9:30am - 6:30pm

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
