Die Corrector

**JD- OPERATOR (MOULDING -DIE CORRECTOR)**

i. Polish / make corrections to die tooling.

ii. Review new die designs from vendor with Dept manager recommending possible improvements.

iii. Document corrections on section specific paperwork so it can be sent to vendor for redesign of next die.

iv. Review die performance history and recommend changes to design to improve

v. Identify tooling by size, type and where it is stored

vi. Understand the meaning of the numbers stencilled on the tooling.

vii. Enter data into computer system.

viii. Understand hazards and what chemicals are used in caustic and nitride areas.

ix. Identify defects on die bearings and technique to repair them.

x. Understand metal flow in a die and techniques to change it.

xi. Read section prints and inspect extrusions to the print

xii. To maintain and clean machine before and after each shift.

xiii. Ensure all ISO Quality System requirement is followed.

xiv. Ensure process work instruction & safety instruction are strictly follow by all production staff.

xv. Always practice good housekeeping, including use of 5’s practice or any other relevant methods as decided by the management.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
