Cs Executive

Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers and guide the customer on shipping, customs clearance and logistics matter.
- Collaborate seamlessly with airlines, shipping lines (FCL), co-loaders (LCL) and hauliers to obtain vital information and documents to streamline processes for customer support.
- Prepare Costing Sheet and updating quotation in Smart Freight System for each shipment.
- Update daily container movement planning.
- Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to final destination.
- Responsible for handling all shipping coordination including vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents and other related document preparation.
- To coordinate with 3rd party logistics service providers and provide full logistic support to the sales division.
- To liaise with customers for any inquiry.
- Carry out any other tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
