He do Electrode design and creation of position drawings for machining.
- He generate/complete 3D designs and 2D detail prints of injection molds & fixtures.
- He will writes programs and modifies existing ones for increased efficiency.
- Will prepare the layout and concept for supporting the estimation activities.
- Determines sequence of operation s in a program.
- Makes calculations for programming including where the materials should cut.
- Analyse the part drawing to understand the feasibility of maintaining the dimensions in the part while moulding.
- Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program.
- Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task.
- Co-Ordinate with Tool room, Engineering, Moulding & Quality department to ensure and prove the mould design/built
- Communicates with clients to meet the required specification.
- Provided training on skill and automated systems for local Staff.
