1. Collaborate with the director, art director, and other key members of the production team to understand the visual style, mood, and technical requirements of the animation series. 2. Proven experience in producing effects such as smoke, fire, clouds, water, steam, and explosions. 3. An eye for detail, good sense of timing, and a thorough understanding of techniques and technologies relating to physical simulation in computer graphics. 4. Familiarity with pipeline issues and problem-solving. 5. Experienced in project management, balancing quality with time constraints. 6. Good experience in leading and training teams of FX Artists. 7. Excellent in artistic and technical skills. 8. Able to provide artistic and technical solutions to the Effects Team. 9. Troubleshoot and resolve any effects-related issues
