Conveyancing Lawyer

_Job Description_
- To prepare sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation for subsale transaction.
- To monitor and complete the subsale transaction from beginning until the end
- Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm
- Requirements_
- Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Preferably able to start immediately or short notice.
