Foreman

Job Description:

- To plan and do maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment in the Plant.
- Keep proper record of repair and maintenance of all equipment for future reference and inspection.
- To ensure the machinery are running according to the Factory and Machinery Act and OSHA requirements.
- Assist the Workshop Superintendent and Production team in any breakdown, modification, installation and inspection by the Factory and Machinery Department.
- Standby for mechanical breakdown if require after working hours and reduce downtime at minimum hours.
- To carry out Plant preventive measure as to ensure all mechanical equipment is fully maintain.
- To ensure all preventive maintenance activity are to be delivered and all related documents to be updated.
- In the absence of superintendent, foreman will be in charge of evaluating and assigning work request to fitters and technicians and further follow up on the said request.
- To ensure all workshop’s equipment are always in good housekeeping.
- Responsible for training of new fitters / technician.
- To adhere and implement QHSE and Food Safety Management System and Responsible Care Program and maintain safe working conditions and report any accident and near misses.
- To adhere and implement Energy Management System requirement.
- To cooperate and comply with additional task / instruction by superior regarding plant maintenance.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Qualification - Mechanical Cert. / Diploma in Mechanical.
- Minimum three (3) years working experience in related industry.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
