Responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints from the customers and solve problem in timely manner dealing with software and hardware support queries and issues.
Requirements:
- NON SMOKER
- Have knowledge in IT technical matters
- Must have good communication skill and customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal attitude : good self-discipline and be responsible
- Able to pick up new technical skills, work independently and meet deadlines with right sense of urgency
** Salary will be commensurate with experience and knowledge
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
