**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, and provide information
- Take charge of the procurement process for building materials related to landscape design and installation.
- Responsible for stock control to ensure optimal inventory levels for ongoing and upcoming projects with detail reports of stock movement.
- Update stock quantity from warehouse and assist stock count
- Coordinate with designer and customer service team on the preparation and issuance of quotations for materials and services as required.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for quotations.
- Issue computerized daily sales order
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in the Purchase Order (PO) process for issuance of POs to supplier.
- Evaluate, analyze & verify suppliers' quotations, bills and receipts, providing recommendations for payments accordingly.
- Regularly update and report to the Director on supplier's billing and outstanding payments.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Directors to support the overall success of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Full-time passionate person.
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting system - if you don’t, willing to learn.
- Basic Command & Writing in Bahasa and English.
- Able to meet the deadline and work independently with least supervision
- Team Work and willingness to learn
- Fresh Grade are welcomed to apply
