**Responsibilities -**
- To oversee the day to day operation of the workshop & assigning task to the team.
- To ensure effective delegation and execution of work and take accountability for production output & quality
- To manage and responsible for the operators' discipline, training and attendance
- To ensure timely delivery of fabricated items
- To maintain production 5S and housekeeping is up to required standard at all times
- To maintain accurate records of jobs and material include inventory management control.
- To assist superior and ensure the workshop is kept clean, organise and in compliance with safety regulation.
- To keep all filing & maintaining record in order.
- To support major and minor equipment breakdown for any time required.
- To see to any repair/maintenance work through in a timely & efficient way.
- Any other responsibility assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements -**
- At least 3 years of working experience in metal fabrication workshop environment or on a construction site
- Responsible, hardworking and punctual
- Have good knowledge of 5S, safety, housekeeping rules and equipment maintenance
- Able to converse in Malay, and English or Mandarin proficiently

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
