Job responsibility
- Utilize the most efficient method of talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies within the group of companies.
- Continuously communicate with Heads of Departments to enhance job descriptions of positions and vacancies within the organization charts.
- Oversee and enhance the on-boarding process to ensure company culture and values are well communicated to all new joiners.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Perform yearly training needs analysis.
- Implement and monitor the yearly training plan.
Job requirements
- Diploma/bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 4 years working experience in recruitment, training & development role.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Hokkien will be an added advantage.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
