- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare and verify inter-co chargeback
- Verification of construction progress claims
- Prepare GL analysis
- Prepare monthly Financial Summary/ Report
- Maintain cash flow forecast and manage Foreign Exchange Contract
- Manage bank letter of credit (LC)
- Budgeting, forecasting & management accounting
- Prepare actual vs budget report
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and monitor cycle count program, investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
- Reconcile raw material, WIP and finished goods inventories
- Scrap management
- Responsible for project financial management (e.g. review project budget, project/work order cost monitoring, margin analysis etc.)
- Work closely with Store & Costing Team to closeout completed project/work order by ensuring all material, labour and outside service costs are recorded, reconciling inventory and related reverse balances to the general ledger, analysing variances and cost of goods sold in support of timely issuance of financial statements.
- Create and maintain work order (department, R&D, other expenses)
- Update and maintain fixed assets movement and depreciation schedule and process the necessary journal entries for monthly depreciation and disposal of assets.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of external reports; Pioneer Status, Producer Price Survey, Statistic, Custom Reporting ie. Lampiran M1& M2, LMW license renewal, MIDA (condition of tax incentives), etc.
- Maintaining Sky Oasis Restaurant Related Transactions accounts including invoice entries, payments, cash count, JV posting, inventory count and others related (if any)

Common
- Update accrual and prepayment schedules monthly and process the necessary journal entries
- Assist in the production of financial statements
- Support month end closing, interim / year-end audit (external and internal) process and any ad hoc assignment as instructed by superior
- Prepare weekly & monthly internal reports generation and ensure timely submission for management review purposes
- Ensure compliance with rules & regulations and uphold confidentiality of financial data of company
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experiences related to this field
- Well-versed in accounting standards, procedures, and practices
- Keep abreast with the latest accounting standards and the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- Attention to details, thoroughness, organization, analyzing information, accounting & data entry skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and finance software
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas
