(T007) Manager

Reporting to the Director - Regional Operations and Marketing, you shall be responsible for:

- Team Management - Lead and manage a sales team, providing leadership in business development opportunities in relation to marketing the university’s programmes and courses.
- Sales performance and office operations of the centre.
- Outreach and networking on behalf of the university.
- Reporting and Analytics - Monitor the centre’s sales performance, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Coordinating with Main Campus to facilitate any academic activities such as student orientation, student/tutor dialogue, workshops, examinations as well as tutor training.

**Job Requirement**
- University graduate in business, marketing, communications or equivalent with combination of expertise in education with 5 to 8 years of related supervisory experience.
- Experience must include business development and sales management.
- Strong communicator with excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to think creatively and strategically, has excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.
- Possess strong leadership skills, a team builder and able to motivate and influence others.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be a frequent user of MS Office and very familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
