**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop volume fulfilment strategy based on targets and customer accounts.
- Analyze demand data for wholesalers and outlets, set sales activities accordingly.
- Recruit and manage outlets for promotions, aiming for new customer acquisition.
- Achieve sales targets, monitor AR collection and credit limits.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, provide consultation on product listings and promotions.
- Monitor competitors' activities, manage customer issues, ensure prompt settlement of claims.
- Report sales development, coordinate with marketing on outlet promotions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in leading multinational FMCG companies.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and other Chinese dialects.
- Strong planning, communication, and computer skills.
- Preferably experienced in night channel management.

**Functional Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong data analysis and result orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach.
- Energetic, outgoing personality suited for night channel management.
- Market and competitive awareness.
- Good account planning and management skills.
