**JOB BRIEF**
- **RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND DUTIES**:

- To perform all clerical and administrative duties as assigned by Superior.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail and preparations of general correspondence.
- Maintain filing, database systems and inventories.
- Assist in the operation and general maintenance of the office equipment such as printers, lightings, photocopier.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives and unpacks goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry.
- Any other ad -hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Have at least a diploma in finance, accounting, business studies or a related field from a recognized university and a pass in Bahasa Melayu pass in SPM; or
- Have SPM with at least 1.5 years of work experience in the clerical/business/agricultural sector.
- Has sufficient experience in plantation/agriculture operations, which is deemed as adequate by the management / senior officials.
- Organized, pragmatic, proactive, result-oriented, rigorous
- Able to work independently
- Team spirit
- Strong communication and social skills
- Potential to progress to a higher responsibility position
- Ability to live in a remote environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
