**Responsibilities**:

- Leading/managing strategic initiatives and develop project plans, frame and conduct insightful analyses, identify solutions, and develop business cases and implementation plans for CSPs across the globe
- Manage engagements in areas of CSP Business strategy, eco platform, cognitive enterprise and large scale business transformation
- Understand company’s key strategic/operational issues (market definition, industry trends, client issues)
- Conduct assessment to identify key issues and set of hypotheses to analyze and address those issues with right solutions
- Propose initiatives to clients based on data driven gap analysis for the existing ways of working against industry benchmarks
- Independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions - especially in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment. Be able to independently question the client, when required
- Defining organizational KPIs, drafting value tree & value tracking mechanism, helping client to pave out value road map.
- Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the C&M practice
- Experience in CSP startegies like Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions, GTM strategy and product/services launch, product/service portfolio expansion, structuring sales/distribution channels, Capex/Opex streamline, Innovation Initiatives, Intelligent Operations, Design Thinking, Customer Experience,etc.
- Experience in Marketing/digital marketing / Pricing Analytics & Data Driven Consulting for mid to large scale organizations in the communications industry
- Build a trusted partner status with the client C-suite stakeholders based on excellent delivery record of the large scale programs, strategy execution etc.
- Proven experience in Strategy, Innovation and Digital initiatives paning across Digital Maturity models, CSPs Operating model, Innovation Barometers, Intelligent operations for CSPs and other related areas
- Conceptualize the digital initiatives and identify the potential benefits for the initiatives
- Design, assess, build and delivery of digitalization initiatives aligned to the strategy established by business & IT organizations using operating model simplification, automation levers and data/analytics management
- Digitalize CSPs channels and stich the end to end digital buying experience to elevate customer experience and other operational elvers.
- Digitalizing the customer journeys(P2O, O2A, T2R, U2C, etc.), pivot to intelligent operations with emphasis on eTOM ZOOM(Zero touch Orchestration, Operations and Management) to deliver best in class experience for customers and employees
- Digitalize the data streams and develop strategies for effective data assembly, analysis, driving insights and visualizing data.
- Build a trusted partner status with the client C-suite stakeholders based on excellent delivery record of the large scale Transformation
- Proven client side experience on initiatives across Omnichannel implementation, People/Process/Technology Modernization and other initiatives like AI/ML, Consumer Analytics, Data and Insights, RPA, Blockchain, Cloud, etc.
- Good to have hands on experience with various digital initiative frameworks/tools.

- Should have excellent communication, presentation and client interaction skills
- Should have an analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and the ability to derive business sense of such information
- Should be able to think logically and present ideas convincingly
- Initiative in keeping abreast of changing industry practices, analysis and design methods, tools and techniques and emerging technologies
- Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with several stakeholders and senior professionals
- Should have a Master’s Degree/Degree in Management or other related fields
