"Job Summary: The Accounts Specialist will be responsible for managing the payment processes for vendors, merchants, riders, hub operators, client refunds, client e-wallet top-up in Odago. They will ensure that all payments are made accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities: -Review and process invoices from vendors, merchants, riders, and hub operators for payment. -Ensure all payments are properly approved, coded, and documented in the accounting system. -Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments. -Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs for vendors, merchants, riders, hub operators, client refunds, and client e-wallet top-up. -Manage and reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. -Monitor and manage payment schedules for hub operators, ensuring payments are made on time and in accordance with contractual agreements. -Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, merchants, riders, hub operators, and clients to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment. -Respond to inquiries from vendors, merchants, riders, hub operators, and clients regarding payment status and related matters. -Assist in the month-end close process by preparing and analyzing accounts payable reports and reconciliations. -Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed."
