Account Admin Assistant

**Job Highlights**
- 5 days working, Monday-Friday

**Job description**:

- Maintains daily billing system which includes billing, collection and accounts payable.
- To perform basic tasks such as filing and data entries in SQL system.
- To provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily finance and admin operations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience and above in the related field.
- With positive personality of commitment, proactive and willing to engage.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS office and SQL Accounting software would be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Bandar Sungai Long.

**Working hours : 9am-6pm**

**Working days : Monday - Friday**

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
