**Job brief**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute to generating sales lead/Meeting for our company. You will be responsible for generating over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers to onboard with SysTecx

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and Generate leads

Generate leads and pass on prospects to the field sales team

Enter and update customer information in the database

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Should be a quick learner and must have effective objection handling responsibilities.

**Ability to penetrate to right division within an organization Requirements and skills**:
Fluent in English

Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

**What you will need to bring to SysTecx**
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer, or equivalent role.
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
