Metrology Technician

**Metrology Technician (Quality)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with all of measurement items in each process and know of the control and spec. limits
- Using related metrology tools to create recipe and measure the corresponding parameters to check the process or product performance and stability
- Implement MCA test for related metrology tools as plan and output the data to do basic analysis, including accuracy, repeatability and reproducibilityheck the process or product performance and stability
- Familiar with SPC control rule and related RFC document
- Implement measurement for special requirement, e.g. process tool qualification, process DOE, improvement projects
- Prepare quality report according to the measurement data
- Check, calibrate and clean metrology equipment regularly, execute 5S
- Assist inline process handle related measurement issue
- Other Job assignment from superior

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum 3 years experiences in related field or equivalent field
- Good problem solving and analytical skill
- Basic knowledge of SI units (metric system)
- Basic English knowledge (to operate equipment with English software)
