Are you passionate about architecture, construction, and design? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment? My Maison Design and Build invites talented individuals to join us as interns and be part of our innovative projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Inputting data accurately into databases and systems.
- Organizing physical and digital records.
- Providing general administrative support like photocopying and filing.
- Helping with appointment scheduling and event logistics.
- Handling calls and inquiries.
- Monitoring and replenishing supplies.
- Coordinating with vendors for procurement.
- Performs any tasks as assigned.
**Job Qualification**:
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, etc.) or recent graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
