**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards.
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other required filings.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the organization remains compliant.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Review financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team on compliance matters.
- Prepare financial reports and statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to financial compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Experience with tax preparation and filing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
