Multimedia Editor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for video post-editing and production, basic special effects, sound processing, music and subtitle special effects synthesis.

2. Ability to generate innovative and original ideas for video content that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's messaging and objectives.

3. Shoot in conjunction with the short video script, and control the rhythm of the entire shooting process and the deployment of personnel and props.

4. Able to analyse performance metrics and audience engagement data to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.

**Qualifications**:
1. Diploma holders in Mass Communication or equivalent with at least 2 years experience are preferred.

2. Basic understanding of video production techniques, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.

3. Have strong creative ability, eagerness to stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and content trends.

4. Have good control over the theme of the entire video, lens transitions, rhythm, music, etc.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to execute content projects seamlessly

6. Have strong sensitivity to new things, attention to details and able to work without supervision.

7. Proficient in B.M. and B.I. in terms of writing and communication.

8. Proficient in using PS, AI, PR, AE and other design software.
