Rtr Lead

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Record to Report (RTR) performance including accruals, LC/DC variance analysis, FX revaluation, Run Fixed Assets depreciations, payrolls, account reconciliations and other RTR activities
- Ensure compliance of RTR operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls
- Review system entries
- Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Train new joiners
- Work towards system improvement, process improvement
- Develop team spirit and advise daily operations
- Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of related work experience
- Minimum Years of Management Experience: 1-2 years
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft AX 2012/ Dynamics 365 is preferred
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
