Preparing western dishes.
- Working with the Executive Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high standards in food presentation.
- Working in all areas of the kitchen depending on the daily needs of production & preparation of a whole range of products.
- To set out, maintain and monitor high standards of baking and presentation.
- Follow and work with implementing HACCP and food safety requirement.
- To be aware of current food trends with regards to the presentation and style and help with new menu ideas and menu design.
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times.
- To ensure that all completed food is correctly wrapped, labelled and put in out
- fridge for each product and order.
- To ensure that all completed jobs are fully checked before it leaves the production kitchen.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
