Management Trainee

This program is intended for Fresh Graduates which will play a significant role in the management of the company.
- Train to equip with the necessary job knowledge, skills and expose to the formal working environment.
- Place in various departments in the company to explore their area of interest before being assigned to a dedicated department.
- Learn the fundamentals of management, leaderships, communication and other related skills.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Participate in department projects and initiatives as assigned by superior.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
