Position Overview:
As a Site Supervisor/Project Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in overseeing and managing our eco-friendly initiatives on-site, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in line with our mission of environmental stewardship. We're seeking proactive individuals with exceptional leadership skills and a dedication to driving sustainable practices.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sustainable metal projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Site Supervision: Provide on-site leadership and supervision, coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety protocols.

Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets our standards and regulatory requirements.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing progress updates, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, and safety documentation, to facilitate project tracking and compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in project management or site supervision, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate project teams.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the designated territory.
