Qhse Manager

**Main Duty**

To be responsible in all areas on Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Safety, Health and Environmental related matters of the company in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies, procedures and work instructions. Responsible to implement, to maintain and to coordinate with all functions to develop Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

**Responsibility**
- To implement and maintain certification of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
- To remain abreast of all relevant QHSE laws, codes of practice and standards
- To compile, establish and document QHSE manual and all quality and safety related procedures and work instructions for the Company.
- To report QHSE Management System performance to the top management and to ensure the QHSE Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the system requirements.
- To control status of documents and identify all documents to prevent using documents not updated and /or obsolete documents.
- To identify quality assurance form needed for each project, reconcile and compile for safe record.
- To conducts risk assessment and risk mitigation measures on-site and before commencement of projects.
- To perform regular internal quality, environment, safety and health audit to ensure the company is using the right document and comply with quality, environment, safety and health control requirement.
- To undertake and provide corrective and preventive measures to ensure a proper environment and health for the organization and its stakeholders.
- To investigate, analyze and review accidents or near misses incident within the organization and provide feedback thereto.
- To ensure regular emergency response is effective and that managers and employees are prepared at all times, this personnel oversee designs and conducts drills, both announced and unannounced.
- To coordinate HSE subordinate staff working under his/her command, and to ensure that work safety permits are enforced.
- To make sure and to promote to all employees about the working, environmental and safety awareness and policies of the organization.
- To lead steering committee meeting, arrange and coordinate for management review meeting.
- To compile for all non-conformance report and notify for improvement and prevention; and to maintain and update safety statistics and databases.
- To keep and record all test certificates of equipment and notify operation for renewal of all certificates
- To cooperate and follow all company rules and regulations and understanding all company policies, procedures and work instructions which related to the duties following the quality, environment, safety and health system
- To assist in the development of current and long‐term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures for Company operations.
