Logistic Cordinator

**REQUIREMENT**:

- SPM / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing industries logistic, Freight Forwarding / Transportation.
- Energetic with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Ensure bookings for containers are in place in accordance with the proposed shipping schedules.
- Able to do loading plans for each container and work out where containers will be positioned for loading in accordance with the product to be loaded.
- Arrange loading sequence for containers in accordance with product readiness, shipping required dates and vessel opening and closing times.
- Prepare and submit shipping documents for each container including packing lists, invoices and COO's as required.
- Ensure that all documents, TT's and other requirements are met timeously in respect of consignees to ensure there are no demurrage charges or additional costs.
- Work with the container transport / freight forwarders to ensure timeous supply and removal of containers from the yard and ensuring that there are no delays in the loading sequences.
- Ensure that seal numbers are recorded and that containers are properly sealed prior to being removed by the transporters with shipping documents.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistic: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
