Role Description

To lead the business through its next chapter of growth. As the business embarks on further growth and a strong pipeline of confirmed work, the focus is now on evolving the delivery of projects to ensure quality standards and profitable outcomes are maintained as both workload and brand grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting the vision, principles, values, strategic plan and annual business plan of the company, in conjunction with the Board.
- Setting business goals and assigning targets to business units
- Providing effective and inspiring operational leadership by developing a broad and deep knowledge of all business activities
- Delegating responsibilities and supervise the work of direct reports, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Holding your management team accountable for the delivery of their business plans, commitments, and to ensuring their employees deliver expected results
- Uncovering and securing business opportunities within the current stakeholder market
- Alignment and relationship management with key stakeholders including clients and subcontractors
- Identifying and establishing productive working relationships with relevant government bodies, industry associations and other external stakeholders in a way that enhances the company’s reputation
- Management of the balance between winning work and the delivery of works at the required quality standard demanded
- Effective and inspiring operational leadership with the capability to continue the scaling of an established and successful business

Deliverables
- Full P&L deliverables
- An annual business plan, goals and objectives of the company with timelines, in conjunction with the Board.
- Annual Business Plan with Yearly Budget, Quarterly Review and Monthly Monitoring. Set

Key KPIs: Collection Tonnage, New Customers, Products, Revenue Stream, Production

Cost, Recovery Yield, Net Profit
- Projected Income Statement 2023 to 2027
- Weekly Status Updates/ Dashboard
- Weekly Board Meeting
- Monthly Management Report vs Budget and Key Ratios Monitoring
- Staff Performance Reviews Quarterly basis
- Business Model Canvas
- Balance Scorecard
- Roadmaps
- Stakeholder Meeting Minutes
- Templates as required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with strong presence and the natural ability to build long lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong decision-making skills: open, confident, and persuasive, with excellent presentation and listening abilities
- The ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
- A willingness to travel interstate as required

Education & Related Experience
- Degree holder in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing field and plant processing in related
- 3 years of management experience
- Age 35-50 years old

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
