**What will you do?**
- Attending **back-end process** for Bank consumer throughout **Malaysia**, **Taiwan**, **Hong Kong **etc.
- Handling enquiries related to overdraft account and banking on a daily basis
- Ability to provide First Call Resolution to consumers
- Attend to any ad-hoc tasks
- Must be willing to work in the office (for Training Only)
- Salary is **RM2800**. Allowance for the role is **RM300**:

- **Working hours is 7am till 4pm. Monday to Friday**:

- Working Hybrid **( 2days Work from Office / 3days Work from Home)**:

- Trainings will be provided

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
