**Position : Assistant Manager, Client Success Management**
**Nature of business : Logistics and supply chain**
**Location : Subang**
**Working days & hours : Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm**
**Job Function : Logistics**
**Salary + Package : RM7500 + Fixed Allowance RM500 (No commission)**
- **Job Scope**:_
As Assistant CSM Manager, responsibilities include assisting to manage the account management team, in line with the needs of the different customers, from different market segments. The directions of these responsibilities are to be in line with the objectives of your manager, and the head of sales, together with the overall goals for the department. Management of the team needs to be backed by strong analytical abilities, and the ability to communicate and work well in a team.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Defines and communicates the KPIS and Targets to the CSM team on a regular basis, and analyses patterns in client and market behaviour.
- Determine the strengths and weaknesses of direct reports to navigate challenges and areas of opportunity.
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients.
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
- Working together with the commercial team to implement any new sales initiatives, and working to build the dashboards to track progress of these initiatives
- Adapting the team to meet the needs of an ever changing market, weighed against competitor offerings and market climate
- Conduct Monthly Business Review with clients.
- Understand the customer's goals, initiatives, products, and the value that they realize from company services, and the overall relationship.
- Categorize client wants and needs and employ strategies to address these through company's suite of products.
- Provides data-driven reports and action strategies in order to consistently optimize our commercial performance and improve market share.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one deliverable at a time
- Ability to understand data and identify areas of improvement through analysis of these data sets
- Finish deliverables in timely manner, in line with expectation of your direct manager
- Ability to communicate and work cohesively within the team, and with external stakeholders, in driving for results and receiving deliverables
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Competency in **Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel**:

- At least **5 years of working experience in logistics, sales or e-commerce industry** is preferred for this position
