Job description
- Work closely with Branch Operation manager to oversee daily business operation
- Responsible to carry out system process for the following:

- Goods Received
- Good Returned
- Inventory management
- Stock Transfer
- System Documentation
- Answer departmental phone calls and organize meeting and appointments
- Assist in generating report or departmental report preparation
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle departmental correspondence and prepare communication, as and when needed
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails.
- Organize workflow and ensure the team member understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor team member productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Cascade information from the upper superior to the team member and vice versa
- Prepare and submit report as requested by superior
- Train and provide on job training to new member and new hire
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required and requested by immediate superior/Head of Department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,8000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
