IT Manager

**Overall Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for all aspects of Information Technology (IT) for a regional ro enterprise-level technical team.
- Forges strong relationships with key business stakeholders and ensures that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop Business Processes into JIRA Solution
- Develop In House MES Solution

**Responsibilities**
- *Manages the day-to-day work of an IT team. Leads the IT support functions from a technical perspective.
- Effective management and prioritizaiton of all IT escalations. Provide technical knowledge and people leadership to deliver effecitive services to end users.
- Responsible for managing regional to enterprise IT rollouts.
- Ensure all system and network operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner
- Oversee all software licenses are updated and kept safely
- Manage and ensure all system security measures are in place
- Manage data backup and restoration process
- Implementation and management of IT project
- Provide metrics and reports of IT system usage
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve IT related issues
- Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies
- Manage and monitor vendor's delivery and quality
- Manage annual IT budgets & monitor appropriate budgetary controls

**Scope of Authority**
- Work closely with with all department in supporting business growth

**Requirements**:

- Education Level: Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
- Highly motivated individual and strong sense of ownership. Must possess good troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with building and maintaining hardware/software asset management and IT budget.
- Experience working in multi-site, global team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
