To send out quotations to potential client and event orders to respective department - To follow up on all files i.e details of function or room booking - To update Group Forecast and pending files - To conduct hotel site inspection for all guest as and when require - To prepare monthly report - To do telemarketing, sales blitz and sales call whenever required - To undertake any related task or job by the Director of Sales that may fall within his/her competence or capability.
