QC TECHNICIAN

1.Bertanggungjawab daalam menjaga semua peralatan pengukuran.
a) Menyedia senarai peralatan

b) menyedia jadual penentu ukur untuk peralatan dan jig

c) Menyedia laporan kerosakan peralatan yang rosak.

d) Memastikan semua peralatan tersusun dengan rapi.

e) Menyediakan log untuk peralatan keluar masuk kilang.

2.Bertanggunjawab ke atas penentuukur bagi perlatan syarikat.
a) Penentuukur hendaklah dijalankan mengikut jadual yang dijalankan.

b) Penentuukur terbahagi kepada dua iaitu yang dibuat di dalam dan yang terpaksa dihantar keluar.

3.Bertanggungjawab menyelenggarakan latihan-latihan CMM kepada kakitangan QC.
- a) Menyediakan jadual latihan tahunan.
- b) Memastikan latihan dijalakan mengikut jadual.
- c) Mengenalpasti kecekapan pekerja-pekerja dalam mengendalikan CMM.

4.Bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan GR&R (MSA) terhadap pekerja dan equipment.
- a) Menyediakan jadual GR&R tahunan.
- b) Memastikan aktiviti dijalankan mengikut jadual.
- c) Membuat cadangan ke atas equipment.
- d) Mencapat target GR&R
