Technical Executive, Mechanical

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To monitor, implement and maintain all mechanical systems in the hospital environment setting which include planned and preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, and breakdowns and carry out all assigned tasks.
- To provide technical solutions, support and prepare report in accordance to the contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
- To respond an emergency situation and traces, troubleshoots and repair mechanical problems.
- To perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Registered member with Board of Engineering, Malaysia.
- Preferable to have minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the project management, building facilities or hospitality infrastructure.
- Willing to travel.

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Possess good writing & oral communication skill.
- Strong analytical & negotiation skill.
- Possess good technical knowledge
- Sound financial and costing knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
