Daily Accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
- Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue, cost, and expenses.
- Verification of all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents.
- Processing transactions, issuing cheques, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
- Any ad-hoc task assignment related to financial and basic by management.
- To perform any other operational and administrative duties.
- To ensure proper filing of documentation

**Requirements**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Computer literate, good interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
- **_Able to start immediately or within short notice is an added advantage_**:
