The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- You will be responsible for managing the overall P&L of Shopee Supermarket including orders and GMV, profitability, merchandising, growth initiatives, and campaign planning/activation. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and maximize the online supermarket's performance.- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the product assortment and ensure diverse and highly efficient products are maintained and introduced to the Supermarket.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote and raise awareness of Shopee Supermarket on and off the platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing and campaigns team to create compelling content, including product descriptions, banners, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, measure key metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Lead and supervise Supermarket Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 7 years of working experience
- Prior working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plus
- Experienced in management and leadership roles. Passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management
- Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
