Title: Blaze Senior Executive / Blaze Developer

Experience: 5 + years.

Education: At least tertiary level.

Job description:
Design, analyse, and provide technical specifications and specialty guidance including review of codes / test contents and coding of complex programs for system development / enhancement in accordance to user specifications.
Support user testing including review of test plan and be responsive to user queries, request for assistance.

Major challenges include:
Business knowledge including product behaviour to understand user specifications to provide high quality design and complete and accurate technical specifications.
To ensure systems & support are delivered timely and accurately according to technical specifications.
To proactively improve the processes.
To have team-leading qualities i.e. technical knowledge & soft skills.
To have good analytical skills to investigate system problem
Assist Project Manager to ensure the completeness of SDLC work products/ deliverables for Project.

Functional Skills:
Credit Scoring and Banking Knowledge
Risk Management
Stakeholder Management
Third Party Management (Vendors).

Technical Skills:
Expert in Fico Blaze Advisor BRE (Business Rule Engine) development and SRL (Structured Rule

Language)
Experience in Business rule development, SRL Decision entities, Template entities, Object Model entities development and Score Model.
Expert / Experience in Fico Blaze Advisor Rule Maintenance Application (RMA) setup,
administration and development.
Experience in Testing, Troubleshooting and Debugging of rule projects in Blaze Advisor.
Experience in WebLogic Application server setup.
Excellent knowledge of J2EE technologies and database systems (including Oracle, No SQL, SQL Server), networking and virtualization.
Experience in the Spring Integrated Framework, Maven Technology.
Ability to understand the business behind the decisions - comprehend the motivating business factors and policies to design the right system.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively describe and elicit feedback on decision components to both IT and business stake holders.
Proficient in writing clear and concise documentation including architectural, process flow and decision strategy documents.
General software and system development experience.
Proficient in leading system implementations through the entire development lifecycle (inception, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
Strong background with the design, configuration, administration, tuning, optimization and troubleshooting of enterprise-level integrated solutions.
