Telemarketers Supervisor

Job Description:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills & creative thinking skills.
- Experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing is an advantage.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good persuasive ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in convincing customers.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
