**Role Description**

Aidan Technologies is looking to hire an Information Technology Trainee for a hybrid internship position located in Setapak, with flexibility for some remote work. The IT trainee will perform day-to-day IT tasks to develop their skills. The trainee will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, independently and as part of a team.

**Job Scope**
- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Design and develop testing scripts/checklists when needed.
- Provide assistance (checklists/guidelines) and documentation (manuals/slides) when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Excellent in New Technology skill
- Great customer service skills, Strong analysis skill, attention to detail, teamwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
